- Creating a Safe System of Work to work safely during Lock Out Tag Outwork conditions
- Recording Safe Systems of Work on a Permit to work
- Monitor the Lockout TagOut, Permit to Work
- Safety Desk and our staff will keep track of the Lockout Tag out Permit to Work along with the rest of the permits
